A discerning client approached us with a view to creating a contemporary home whilst retaining a number of formal aspects in a home built for their retirement. Designed with a shrewd sense of locality, this home fits well in its location whilst creating a point of difference through a clever eave detail and internal courtyards. Working in conjunction with an architect and interior designer, we were able to create a classic feel to suit antique style furnishings, while still incorporating state of the art automation and security, with new appliances and creative features to suit modern living.
