Design
and construction by urban habitats
Complete renovation completed December 05
An evolving project that began as an extension and morphed into a complete refurbishment. A young family sought to make use of all available space in this sandstone villa and to slightly increase the size of the home to enclose that rear aspect and create a private space for entertaining and relaxing. A filled cellar was uncovered during construction so a decision was made to clear and drain the space which is now used for wine storage. The cararra marble bench top in the kitchen is a stunning centre-point to the home and the bathrooms are finished with frameless screens and chandeliers.
